Gåsehagevej 16 sits at the very edge of Øer, where the grass keeps going until it turns into beach. Open the terrace doors and the sea is right there. The ferries cross to Ebeltoft and the wind turbines turn slowly on the horizon.
Fifty metres to the water. Shallow and calm towards the bay, good for swimming with kids, with coastal paths in both directions and fishing water just down the shore. Evenings end on the covered terrace, watching the sun go down over the bay.

The 58 m² living room has a stove and sloping timber ceilings.
A kitchen for ten
Island kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine, and a dining table that seats the whole party.
Two terraces
A covered terrace with lighting and shelter, and a morning terrace facing the sunrise.
Four bedrooms and a loft
Two with double beds, two with single beds, and a sleeping loft with a double bed and a TV. Ten proper beds, nobody on the sofa.

Then go inside. The pool is warm all year.
A pool for grey days
A whole wing of the house is built for bad weather. The 24 m² indoor pool is heated all year, with a shallow end for the little ones and a counter-current for proper lengths. Next door: a whirlpool for five and a Finnish sauna. Out into the cold sea air, then back in again.

Book the house through Dancenter
Ten guests, four bedrooms and a loft, 50 metres to the beach. Check-in 4 pm, check-out 11 am. Non-smoking. The house is let only through Dancenter, where you find available weeks and prices. Property number: 05702.
