Cobbles, half-timbered houses and the old town hall.
The old town can be walked in an hour, with small shops and places to eat along the way. The harbour sits at the end of it, looking out over Ebeltoft Bay.

The longest surviving wooden ship in the world.
She sits in dry dock, and you can walk the full length of her hull and see the gun deck. Exhibitions cover the battle of Heligoland and life aboard.

An international museum of glass art, on the harbour.
The collection holds glass from all over the world, and in the hot shop you can stand and watch the glassblowers work. The shop sells pieces made on site.

Animals from five continents in large open enclosures.
The park is laid out as a route through the continents, and a bus runs through the savannah. Allow a full day if the children are with you.

From Trehøje you look out over Ebeltoft Bay and most of Mols. Marked routes run from a short stroll to a full day's walk.

A sea aquarium in Grenaa, with sharks and seals.
You walk through a tunnel under the shark tank, and there are feedings and talks several times a day. A good plan if the weather turns.

Roller coasters, a water park and a large area for the youngest. It is a whole day, and far enough away to want an early start.
